I stumbled across a gentleman who goes by the name of Mr Chi City today. He's a proud Chicago resident who gets parking tickets all the time and decides to document his experiences... Very funny indeed. He even ends up deep frying one of his parking tickets into a chicken sandwich. Turns out he's a bit of a celebrity now and he even receives fan mail.
